“Sunday Joy" comes from Psalm 122:1 "I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord." I was jamming to the fun song "Sunday Morning Feeling" by Apollo LTD and Ryan Stevenson and I just had to dedicate this painting to that same contentment that comes from being with God's people.

Materials are canvas, impasto medium, hymn paper, acrylic paint, glossy glaze and varnish. Sides are painted and no additional framing is required. (Frame is not included.)
